1. Overview. This website is operated by Ryan Mako ("we", "us"). By visiting ryanmako.com or purchasing from the Ryan Mako store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products. All merchandise is made to order. Product images are mockups; minor variations in print placement and color (including differences caused by your screen) are normal for print-on-demand goods and are not defects.

3. Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you receive a full refund. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfill.

4. Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property. The Ryan Mako name, logo, artwork, designs, music, photos, and all site content are the property of Ryan Mako and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Buying merch gives you an awesome shirt, not a license to reprint it.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, to attempt to breach its security, or to misrepresent your identity when placing orders.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products; our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
